The bulk of investments undertaken by Tech Bau Engineering consists of general housing, i.e.:

- single-family housing;

- multi-family housing;

- large-scale residential estates.

We are prepared to provide housing in form of so-called shell estates that is buildings ready for

finishing touches made by the owner himself, as well as fully finished and furnished turnkey

projects, or in any optional state described by our Clients.

We also erect, domestically and abroad, high standard apartment buildings.
